  A bit of a delay when we arrived as there wasn't enough room in the minibus so we had to wait for it to come back for us. There was therefore a queue at the desk to collect the car and we were at the back and had to wait longer than normal. But other than that everything was fine. Car was great and staff friendly as always. Overall very happy with Centauro. Thank you.

  I’ve had two bad experiences with Centauro, Murcia recently. Was charged 50 Euros for a missing antennae, and told that it was in the car when it never was there. Most of the cars do not have an antenna present as they remove them when the cars are washed. I was told I should have pointed this out when I picked up the car. Lesson learnt, make sure you check this. Another time I was charged 250 Euros for a small scuff underneath the front valance, which was actually smaller than the circle on paperwork. If you have your own excess insurance this company will target you so be aware. They seem to want extra revenue to pay for new facility. Reasonable bus service from the airport, but I won’t be using them again.

  I was concerned that there was no office at the airport but my concerns were unjustified. The staff were waiting outside the arrival gate with transportation to the depot. No hanging around, straight of to the depot. 5 minute drive. Details requested and provided and away in a very clean tidy car. The service was fantastic and the same when I returned the car. Centauro at St Javier is a 5 star service congratulations to the staff.

  Excellent Service All Round. The minibus picks you up from the airport, in my reckoning the quicker out of the airport the better. You are taken on a 5 minute bus ride to the Centauro offices, you sign the form and get your car. If you have bought excess insurance you still need to leave your credit card details, as per your excess insurance instructions, if you haven't then you can buy their insurance, it costs a lot more, but that's the deal, or risk not buying any insurance, its up to you. The cars are nice and new, the staff very friendly, Raquel speaks fluent English and is very helpful. Overall this is a good company with nice cars, I have used them a few times with no issues at all.
