  I contacted this company by telephone and was advised to send the details of what we required by email which I did the same day to the email provided by them.

  3 days later I had received no acknowledgement. I contacted the generic email and received a reply from the lady who runs the company stating that she was out the office all week to assist with a court case the following week and would be back in the office the day after the court case. Obviously no one else in the office was capable of dealing with the enquiry!!!!

  Needless to say I have contacted another firm where I received a reply within 2 hours with answers to my initial questions and an appointment to discuss matters further!!!
